Warranty and Complaints


We take pride in preparing and delivering every order with care. Our aim is for your cakes and cupcakes to arrive in excellent condition and tasting as they should. If, despite our efforts, you receive a product that is damaged, incomplete, or does not match your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. You can reach us by email at filip@jouwweb.nl

When you get in touch, we may ask for a photo of the product so that we can understand what went wrong. Based on the situation, we will offer a suitable solution, such as a replacement item, a credit for future purchases, or a refund. Our goal is always to resolve complaints quickly and fairly, with your satisfaction in mind.

Because all items are freshly made, please note that small variations in decoration or color are not considered grounds for complaint. Taste preferences also vary, but we are confident that our recipes meet the high standards our customers expect.
