At Bob’s Bakery, all of our cakes, cupcakes, and other treats are baked to order using fresh ingredients. Prices displayed on our website include VAT unless stated otherwise. Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully completed. Because our products are perishable and specially prepared, we are unable to accept cancellations once production has begun.

We kindly ask that customers provide accurate delivery information at checkout. Incorrect addresses or missing details may cause delays or prevent successful delivery. In such cases, Bob’s Bakery cannot be held responsible for late or failed deliveries.

From time to time, product photos shown on the website may differ slightly from the actual item due to the handmade nature of our baked goods. However, the size, quality, and taste of each product will always meet the standards promised.
